Sarah Powell is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the Founder of Blueprint ABA Consulting, bringing over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Throughout her career, she has held a variety of clinical and leadership positions, including Regional Clinical Director, Quality Manager, and Director of Growth and Outreach. Her experience spans clinical service delivery, organizational leadership, quality assurance, recruiting, and strategic growth.
Clinical Director of In-Home Services | Little Spurs Autism Centers
Victoria Castillo is a Doctoral Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) with more than 10 years of experience supporting autistic individuals and their families across home, school, clinic, and community settings. She currently serves as the Clinical Director of In-Home Services at Little Spurs Autism Centers, where she leads the development and expansion of high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA services for families receiving care in their homes.
Al Pearl brings nearly 15 years of leadership experience, including close to a decade in staffing and years of hands-on work with children, including those with special needs.
