You can read public resources without creating an account. If you want to explore work, create a professional profile and keep your preferences current, even when you are not ready to make a move.
Decide when to connect
You can apply directly to an opportunity or review a staff-selected match. A staff introduction requires your approval before it is released to a company.
Know what sharing means
Private files are permission-protected. Withdrawing blocks new file-access requests. A previously issued download link can remain usable for up to five minutes, and a file already downloaded cannot be recalled.
