This policy explains how we handle personal information through kyndera.life and our recruiting and community services. It applies to professionals, company representatives, contributors and visitors. It is a notice of our practices; it is not blanket permission to release a professional's information to every company.
Information we collect
You may provide account and contact details, your name, email, phone number and communications with us. Professional profiles may include home state, ZIP and county, certifications and credential-eligible states, work history, preferences, compensation expectations, availability, resumes and optional introduction videos. Company profiles include organization and representative details, website, service settings and operating locations. Job information includes role requirements, compensation, schedules and work location.
We also process applications, introduction approvals and withdrawals, company responses, meeting arrangements and joining details, review decisions, notification preferences, account activity and records needed to document these actions. Contributor applications contain a biography, channel links and an optional portrait link. If referral collection is enabled, we collect the source you provide; do not include someone else's private contact information without permission.
Our hosting and service providers may process network, device, browser and security-log information. Authentication uses cookies. Signed-in enrollment answers are saved automatically to your account. Browser local storage may retain unfinished answers and your current step for recovery on that browser, and session storage may support unfinished enrollment recovery. Closing a browser does not necessarily erase locally stored information. Use a private device and sign out on shared devices. Clearing browser data may remove local recovery copies; it does not itself delete server records.
Do not upload Social Security numbers, payment-card details, patient records, client treatment information, or identifiable information about children or families receiving care. Kyndera’s recruiting platform is not intended to receive or maintain patient records or protected health information. Remove unnecessary sensitive information from resumes and videos.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts and profiles; review enrollments; display authorized opportunities; support recommendations, applications, introductions and meetings; communicate about your account and recruiting activity; review contributor requests; respond to support and privacy requests; maintain consent and audit records; prevent misuse; troubleshoot; and comply with applicable obligations. Recommendations support decisions and do not promise employment or establish that credentials have been independently verified. Kyndera does not obtain consumer reports or perform background checks.
Who receives information
Authorized Kyndera personnel and service providers receive information needed for their roles. Current services include Cloudflare for hosting and operational services, Supabase for authentication/database/private storage, Resend for email delivery, and Google Cloud Run for file inspection. Authorized inspection services may temporarily access uploaded files to inspect them for safety. The website requests font files from Google Fonts, exposing network/browser request information to that provider.
Professional information is not a public candidate directory. Applying directly to a company or approving a specific introduction authorizes the sharing described for that action. The authorized company may receive relevant profile information and eligible resume/video materials. Staff may review your information to operate the service.
Company details and job information are shown according to the publication and access choices explained in the product; do not put confidential client or patient details in postings.
If you withdraw an application or consent, Kyndera blocks new access requests covered by that withdrawal. A previously issued file link may remain usable for up to five minutes. Withdrawal cannot retrieve information already viewed, copied, downloaded, forwarded or retained by a recipient. Companies have their own responsibilities for the information they receive. Contact us if you suspect misuse.
Contributor applications are reviewed privately. Submission is not permission to publish every application detail; any publication must follow the publication scope explained to you. Links to external websites are governed by those providers' practices.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect people and the service, or investigate misuse. A merger or business transfer may involve information under applicable protections and notice requirements. Current information uses and disclosures are described in this policy; this policy does not grant blanket permission for unrelated data sales. Before introducing a new sale, rental, targeted-advertising use or other materially different disclosure, we will provide clear notice and obtain consent or offer opt-out and other rights where applicable law requires. We will honor applicable restrictions and prior commitments for information already collected.
Communications and choices
Account verification, password recovery and other essential service messages are separate from optional recruiting or promotional messages. Available preferences let you control optional recruiting notifications; unsubscribe or contact us for help. Changing a preference does not cancel an application or withdraw a specific introduction: use the applicable workflow for that action.
If Kyndera offers text messaging, enrollment will require a separate opt-in with the applicable messaging disclosures. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of using Kyndera. Contact info@kyndera.life for help with communication preferences.
You can review and edit available account/profile details. Submitted changes may need staff review before they replace an approved profile. Contact info@kyndera.life to request access, correction, an available copy of information, deletion or help with an applicable privacy right. We may need proportionate identity verification and may retain information where permitted or required. We will handle applicable requests within the time required by law and explain relevant restrictions.
Retention and security
We retain information for legitimate operational purposes, including active recruiting, documented permissions, dispute handling, security and legal requirements, and remove or de-identify it when no longer needed under our retention schedule. Copies held independently by hiring companies are subject to their obligations and policies.
We use access controls and other safeguards intended to protect information. No online service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. This statement does not waive our legal responsibilities. If an incident triggers notification duties, we will provide notices as required by applicable law. Report suspected account compromise or unauthorized disclosure to info@kyndera.life.
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit information about children. If you believe such information has been submitted, contact us so we can assess and address it.
Updates and contact
We will identify the effective date of updates and provide additional notice or request new consent when required. We will not treat acceptance of an updated policy as permission for an unrelated use that requires separate consent. Contact Kyndera LLC at info@kyndera.life.
